Varietal wine

Production Zone: Low Lake Garda area, typical LUGANA DOC wine area.

Soil: Mostly clayey.

Grapes: Trebbiano di Lugana 100%.

Alcool: 12,5 % Vol.

Colour: straw yellow with tendencies to golden yellow in its refinement.

Bouquet: delicate aroma, harmonious and floral, a savoury and well-balanced taste.

Vinification: fermentation off skins, with light treading of fermented grapes.

Refinement: Stainless Steel containers under controlled temperature.

Consumption: Very pleasant wine, to be consumed early after fermentation at a temperature of 9-10°C.

Food Pairing: A wine that can be served as pre-dinner and that perfectly couples with white meats, lake and sea fish.
