The scents that accompain this wine are mostly those of red fruit, plum but also hay and cloves.

It is a fine, tannic and balanced wine with an excellent structure.

Excellent to combine with grilled meat dishes, beef tartare and tasty vegetables.

Area: Bardolino, lake Garda east shore.

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Marzemino, Corvinone.

Aging: wood barrels for 4/6 months.

Serving temperature: 16/18°C.

Alchol content: 13,5% VOL.
