Igt Bianco Veronese Collechiara

Production area: Veneto region, in the area of Bardolino Classico, the oldest and most prestigious in the territory.

Vineyards: espalier growing system and guyot pruning.

Grapes: from white grapes Cortese (50%) and Garganega (50%).

Soil: rolling terrain, overlooking Lake Garda, of glacial origin, formed by stony and loamy glacial debris.

Description and bouquets: white wine, dry and harmonious.
Full bodied with an intense and fruity bouquet, hints of apple and peach.

Alcohol: 12,5 % Vol.

Vinification system: vinified white with soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15-16° C). Kept in temperature controlled stainless tanks.

Drinking and serving: wine to be drunk young.

Serving temperature: 8-9° C. Store in a dry dark place.

Food matching: wine throughout the meal.With appetisers, fine fish dishes with pasta or rice, white meat, cheese with jams.
