Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced with the types of Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio olives.

The harvest is done during the month of November.

It is an oil with a light fruitiness and a note reminiscent of almond and ripe fruit.

For its characteristic flavor it is indicated as a salad dressing, caprese, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil and pasta.
