Production Area: in the heart of the classic historical Bardolino area, on the eastern bank of Lake Garda.

Soil:Hill soils of morainal origin.

Grapes: Corvina 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 10%.

Produzione per vineyard: about. 11.0 tons/hectare.

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Colour: clear and brilliant ruby red.

Bouquet:Fine taste, savoury and harmonious.

Harvesting: Hand-picking with selection of optimally ripened bunches.

Training method: Guyot vineyard.

Refinement: Stainless Steel containers for about 4 months.

Consumption and food pairing: a wine to be consumed early after fermentation, an “all-round wine”, which favors tasteful white meats and light-tasting red meats. To be served at 16°C uncorking the bottle just before pouring.
